Crosstec has launched its innovative 16-liter three-in-one backpack sprayer, designed specifically for agricultural contractors, sanitation teams, and commercial cleaning personnel, aiming to simplify the operation process. Its core feature lies in the three working modes: foam, misting, and spraying, which distinguishes it from traditional single-function backpack sprayers.
Foam Mode
Driven by a matching water pump and auxiliary air pump. After injecting the cleaning solution into the water tank, start both pumps simultaneously, and a dense and highly adherent foam will be generated. The foam can firmly adhere to the target surface, prolonging the contact time. This mode is particularly suitable for deep cleaning, vehicle washing, and surface disinfection tasks, helping to reduce chemical waste and improve cleaning efficiency.
Misting Mode
Fine mist droplets evenly cover the leaf surface, ideal for greenhouse management, vegetable plantations, and young tree orchards. The tiny droplets gently spread without damaging tender crops, making it an ideal choice for foliar fertilization and low-dose pesticide application. The uniform mist distribution ensures consistent treatment of large planting areas.
Spraying Mode
Provides a powerful high-concentration liquid spray, suitable for high-intensity field operations. Users can quickly spray herbicides and conventional pesticides in orchards, vineyards, and large-scale landscape areas. Through the Bluetooth remote control on the sprayer gun, six flow adjustment modes are equipped, allowing operators to flexibly adjust the output according to different operation distances and coverage requirements.
Other practical features include a self-cleaning system and compatibility with 18V DeWalt batteries. The sprayer has passed CE and EMC certifications and is available for OEM and ODM cooperation with global distributors. This new three-in-one device is specifically designed for various scenarios of operation, allowing for the seamless switching between crop protection and cleaning tasks with just one machine.
